another wheel fitment thread - 997 18 inchers on o 99 boxster

I've looked at various threads that come up in the search function, and I think I have this figured out, just looking for a little confirmation from someone before I pull the trigger on these.

MY CAR
1999 Boxster with factory 17 inchers.

Wheels/Tires I'm hoping to fit

Set of wheels from a 997
FRONTS - 18 x 8 with a ET of 57, tires = 235/40-18
REARS - 18 x 10 with a ET of 58, tires = 265/40-18

Based on my searching, I think the rears will fit with a 12-15 mm spacer, and tie down the brake cables. Am I on track? I think I need tires with an aspect ratio of 35 ideally, but I'm hoping the 40 ratio tires work.

What about the fronts? I haven't found as much info on those.

These are the style wheels I'm looking at acquiring.

Two comments...

- pretty sure you'll need spacers much larger than 15mm as those wheels are 10" wide in rear vs stock of 8.5" (use one of the online calculators to check your math...)

- those wheels are VERY heavy

Good luck :)
