PIWIS software versions
 

Over on the Parts for Sale board, I posted a WTB PST2. That thread expanded to PIWIS systems too. I received a PM with an offer for a PIWIS with software version V31. The seller claims that was the last version before the Porsche updated V32 included an embedded date restriction, i.e. time bomb.

There is also a PIWIS system listed on eBay item 231330043701 which the seller states comes with V34 that is NOT date restricted.

These two sellers don't seem to agree. Does anyone here have a understanding about this issue? A quick search didn't help me, but maybe I didn't use the correct search terms. Help me if you can. Thanks, Joe

Porsche PIWIS Tester II V14.35 Released today, this new upgrade contents new database of porsche cars, but the wiring diagram software is no new upgrade in this version. i'm see here : http://www.obdvip.com/blog/porsche-piwis-tester-ii-v14-35-released/
