right front lock under hard braking

It is common for the right front to be first to squeal and lock under hard braking?

I am thinking that this has to do with driver position in a non corner balanced car and that I am stuck with this

Mine does the same thing. I think you nailed it. Since there is less weight on the right front, that wheel will lock up first. Try a hard stop with a passenger and see if there is any difference.

On mine the right front is usually the one that locks up first and triggers ABS activation. I have changed front rotors and stickier tires now and ABS did get a little more "symmetrical" if that makes any sense :)

Sure does....more grip puts you further away from the friction threshold for that wheel.

Then you will brake a little and your tires get baked and voila!!

Your rotor comment interests me........a special pad compound for the unweighted wheel? I guess this would be something for the more recreational guys....no corner balance or bias adjustment
