Boxster 986 lowering springs

As above what springs are recommended?

And does any one have photos of one lowered on 17's preferably on the gt cup alloys?

My car is 030 sports suspension 2004 3.2s. I would like to lower it a bit, with only springs. Is 30mm h&r waste of money, meaning is that drop noticeable? Specially with sport susp allready? Any pics with lowered boxsters?

And is more dramatic drop deadly to those original sport dampers..?

I used H&R on mine. Lowers the car about 1 inch.
