Ahhh, another slight cockup on my part once again...
But even so, would the slightly increased porosity stainless mesh (60 Vs 30 microns) be a disadvantage for non track use?
As I said previously, the big plus is being able to see any debris in the filter when cleaning out plus it will last the lifetime of the car. With the standard SPOFA and filter, you will have to buy the cutting wheel to open up the filter for inspection.
We don't have Wix / Napa / K&N /Mobil filters in Australia, so buying a SPOFA would mean importing filters to fit, that's why the billet filter looked attractive........
