Air conditioner noise

I am getting what sounds like a groan or a moooing sound from somewhere in the front of the car with the AC on. Can't really tell if its coming from deep in the dash or in the frunk copartment.

It only happens after I've been driving for a while and I am coasting to a stop. It makes the sound for just a few seconds and goes away. I know its AC related because if I turn off the AC button, the sound goes away instantly. I put in about 12 ounces of refrigerant in the car about 3 months ago.

Any ideas?
