Ebay Headers

Well if a person were to install a set of headers you would lose the Oxy Sensors, how much gain would you notice ?

I live in a state that has no emissions so if this "Track" car were set up this way would you turn something off in the computer to stop from getting a CEL light...would the car tend to run too lean without the sensors ??

Just a discussion for the sake of education

you can add o2 sensor bungs for the front sensor, which controls your mixture. the problem comes in with the rear sensors, you will need to add catalytic converters after the headers, there are some available which could be added into some cat bypass pipes or if you have a local shop which is willing to do a bit of fabrication it can be done. I simply added set of secondary cat delete pipes and a e-bay muffler (obx racing) and the car now sounds great and my butt dyno says I have a bit more midrange power and better throttle response, but it may be just the cool sounds coming from the rear of the car.
