2004 OEM Boxster S wheels

I have OEM 17's on the car presently. The front wheels are 7.0 X 55 offset with 205/50/17 on the wheel. I went to put on 2007 OEM Cayman Wheels and the front's rub the caliper. The 2007 wheels are 6.5 X 55 offset with 205/55/17 tires on them. If I use the "Offset calculator" that has been linked here it states I need a 6mm spacer to make the wheels fit. Has anyone tried this set up? Is a 6mm spacer with 34mm studs the correct set up?

BTW the rear wheels fit fine.
