2000 tiptronic in a 98?

As the title states has anyone seen a 2000 tiptronic will fit in a 98? Found one and though I remembered someone doing it with success.

I've been answering myself more and more lately.. Straight bolt in, the gearing is may be a little different since the older models are smaller motors.




98 below


2000 below


A couple of lines need to be swapped over from your original cooler...
