Camshaft deviation both ways

So I finally have my car back on the road after a long winter of removing and reinstalling the engine, replacing the camshaft timing chains and pads, pumped up the 2 camshaft tensioners (no special Porsche tool), and set the cam timing by hand.
Now my camshaft deviation has changed from -1 and -9 to this:

My big question here is how does having one negative 4.5 and one positive 4.5 affect the performance. Should I (or a shop with the special tools) re-time the cams?

Mine was a Porsche factory rebuilt engine in 2008 and one side is 3 and the other side is -3.

The OEM spec is +/- 6 degrees; you will be fine.
