Hard to start after getting gas. HELP!

So I've been having this problem for a while where I get gas and then when I go to start my car it doesn't turn over until I hold the gas pedal down while cranking. It usually still takes at least 10-15 seconds before it starts and then the RPMs fluctuate erratically. Also it will do this occassionaly when I'm not getting gas.

Any ideas what could be causing this???

Take a look at this.

Success! Finally fixed the hard start while hot and fueling issues.

"Turn over" means the starter motor runs.

It doesn't mean the engine starts.
