Just put a tranny back in and left with two extra bolts... doh!

Where do they go?

2001 With a 5 speed transmission

bolts size is 10 mm x 50 mm length

Those are what we in the engineering field call "bush bolts". As in, toss them in the nearest foliage. ;)

Seriously, though...I have no clue. Just being a smart a**. Definitely need to find where they go.

The engine skidplate/cover that bolts between the two diagonal braces is held up with 4 bolts that look just like that. There are two that bolt into the bottom of the black metal cross brace that runs just under the transmission bell housing. Look there to make sure you didn't miss two.

If you can see them I will take a peak under my car tomorrow (it will be on a lift) and look again.

I just put my engine and trans back in my car and remember those being some of the last bolts I put it. I really think they go to the engine skid plate.

They are the two bolts at the front of the aluminum pan.
