19x10.5 offset 52 will they fit a boxster!

hey will this fit on a 2002 boxster......

19 x 10.5 offset 52 for the rear 3 inch lip....rubber size 275 / 19 / 30

they say direct bolt on, have seen the rims on many boxster pictures....

do you think that i will need spacers?

ohh n i already bought them...i sooo hope they fit...company i bought them from says yes no problem.

please i know lotz of people here are against 19z, so if so no need to comment. just looking for someone with some experience.
