Exhaust Identification Help

Anyone have an idea of what kind of exhaust this is? I'm told it was on a '99 Boxster.

In Phoenix AZ, allegedly fabricated by the same crew that builds the race cars. I've seen alot of threads about people not liking the mufflers. Too loud mostly.
