Bumper removal

I am getting freaked out. I have the ghl exhaust, I want to DIY instead of spending a couple hundred bucks. Crawled underneath the car and starting looking for all the bolts, and figured yeah, it will be easier to get to the top to if the rear bumper is off. BUT I AM FREAKING OUT.

First - I need walked off the ledge, second, i rasied the spoiler on my car and I swear to god there are NO SCREWS OR ANYTHING holding the top of the wing on the spoiler and that piece needs to come off. It is an 03 so wondering if it is different on 03? Looks like it has about 15 tabs that it might lock into, but scared of starting to pull and tug on things.

Help?

Actually only part of that helps. I don't have the 3 things holding in my spoiler like it says on there.
