Under Panel Screw Size and Emission Hose question

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone if anyone knew the screw size (they fell out so I dont have them to take to the hardware store) of the phillips screws, one on pass and driver side, that hold this under shield on (#5 in attached picture).

Also while under there I noticed an emission hose just hanging there, rear of car, passenger side , hanging right above the O2 sesnsor (the rearmost one) . I did not see any possible place for that hose to connect to and I am wondering if it came loose and gravity helped it so that it is hanging down. I know that is pretty vague , but that is all I can see in that tight spot. Car is running great , which leads me to believe it is emission not a vacuum hose.

Thanks for any insight!
