Oil or something on the windows

Both sides of the car, when I roll the windows down all the way, and put them back up, there is some kind of oil or water or something streaking the windows. I have had the car for a month and only washed it once (I am a big believer in the spray washes out of a bottle). So, I really cant believe it is leftover water. Is there something in our doors that is lubricated that would cause this everytime the windows go down and up?
