Has anyone replaced Arm Bushings

I spent most of the weekend last week looking for and purchasing control arms and track arm because I was getting the knock passenger side. This weekend I installed new TRW arms, surprisingly all had Porsche OE part numbers on the casting. Problem resolved!

Doing the research I found allot of bushing available. Has anyone ever cleaned up there control or track arms and just replace the bushing. Or are the bushing shown on like Elephants site just for the adjustable arms

The problem is normally the ball joint rather than the bush. Here in the UK it is basically cheaper to replace the whole arm than any bush. Here the TRW arms come with the Porsche number ground off!
