OBC activation

Hi I have a 2003 Box S, and I would like to activate the OBC.
Do I have to go in a Porsche center to activate it? due to the needs of the porsche tool ?

Yes, only takes a couple of seconds for them to turn it on. I wired in OBC and cruise (really easy on a 2003) and got both enabled when I took the car in for a service (didn't charge me for this).

Thank you!
I was pretty sure that porsche won't do it...
Did you buy the complete column assembly ?

The dealers here are ok doing this sort of thing if the car is out of warranty.

I bought a used 4 stalk off the bay for £90, surprisingly I got £83 when selling my 2 stalk. Cruise control works well and the OBC has made the cluster look far less dated.

Only if you just wanted to add OBC. Cruise control is so easy to add on the facelift models I would get the 4 stalk and do it properly.

Right Nimbus ! (I love this glider)
But I would prefer the 4 stalk's OEM style
