996 seats in a boxster

So the seats are destroyed in my Boxster. Came by a great deal on seats out of a reported 996.
My seats were manual slide but power tilt. The new seats are all power. Anybody done this swap before?

I have heard that they are plug and play but then I have heard that maybe they are not..

Any suggestions??
