Code 4276

After the car sat for several months the battery went dead. After a slow charge it started right up but gave a code of 4276 on the Durametric. The ABS failure light and low brake fluid level lights are on. I tried to delete these codes with the Durametric but it will not communicate with the module. It reads the codes but I can not reset them. The brake system is in good condition, pads rotors etc. Fluid level is good. The 4276 code indicates a low voltage to one of the ABS valves. Battery voltages were good when checked with digital voltmeter. Also good when running so I think I have ruled out battery and alternator. I think it must be something electrical that was triggered by the battery going dead but so far no luck. Even tried disconnecting battery to attempt a reset. Unless it needs to be left unconnected for a longer time I could not get the codes to reset. Any thoughts?

Any chance of rodent damage?

Haven't seen any signs of mice but we do have a lot of squirrels. Could not see any chewed or frayed wires. I am fairly convinced it had something to do with the battery going dead. Have been reviewing wiring diagrams in an attempt to track down the source of the codes.
