2001 "S" RoW M030 shock kit for "non-S"

car has 134K miles. way past shock replacement.
any suggestion for shocks. used 99.99% for daily drive (freeway) tracked once.
everything stock non-S

RoW suspension kit is appealing, cost wise.
can the S flavor fit non-S and if so, what's the difference(other than $300 at Suncoast)?
Don't really want to lower the car but just a set of standard shocks cost as much as the RoW kit.
thanks for any insight

As I recall the only difference is the "S" kit has a slightly softer rear sway. That could be good on a mostly street car. If you can get part #s you can verify this.

I just fitted the tiptronic M030 to my manual S and the ride height is barely any different than my old 70k miles suspension.

IMHO adding the ROW M030 to your car is the best bang for the buck currently available! You're in for a treat! From 140 000mi. to NEW M030 in one shot.
I would suggest you install new strut bearings as they're only $30 ea (2 required) and they'll help preserve the world-class steering that these cars have. Also, install the new anti-roll bars/bushings as mine had significant wear on the BARS, caused by the bushings themselves! ( and this at 80 000 mi.)

The M030 should come with Arb bushes included.
