3.6 conversion on west coast?

hi all:

new to the forum and i am researching the fabled 3.6 conversion...all big players seem to be in texas or farther east...anyone have any reputable shop on the west coast that has done this? i think it sounds like a great project to do... had a 2000 s and now have a 997 but would like a convertible and this sounds like a great idea! thanks tim

Nonsense! Keep it mid-engine where it belongs!

If you mean a 3.6 996 in a 986 then check with Speed Gallery in Studio City, California. I think the 986 should be 2002-2004 due to the electronics.
