seat popping noise really annoying

Hi my seat is making a deep popping sound like a wooden board bending in and out, in the base and and the back. It happens when I get in and out of the car also when I drive round a corner hard it happens then as well. Can anyone help? Thanks

Did you check your seat mounts? There are four bolts and if one is loose could do that. Same with a broken spring, but that would be more difficult to find and.or determine if that si the cause.
