Odd missfire

Last week I drove my boxster back from the airport after it sat for a week. It ran on 5 cylinders the whole way home(30 minutes). The next morning a replaced the plugs O2 sensors and 1 suspect coil(plastic housing was cracked). When I started the car back up it ran great. The next morning the se misfire came back, but after 30 seconds or so I turned the car off and back on and the misfire disappeared. The check engine light isn't on which makes me think it's been removed(ooch). Any ideas before I take it to the shop?

It is common for the ECU to require some running time and a few re-starts to adjust to the new conditions after replacing bad parts and the engine can run poorly for a short time. If the engine is running fine and the CEL is off, you should be good to go.
