Are the Xenons supposed to turn off when the high beams are on? If I flash high beams, both lights go on... if I put on the highs, the Xenons turn off. Any ideas? Thanks

They should stay on Mine rotate up and left as the high beams are turned on as well.

I noticed the same thing with my Litronics, David. It must be how they function.

I assume, the HID stays on when you flash the high beams so it does not put wear on the bulbs and ballast, however when you perminantly put the high beams on, they switch off
