Front end clunk on sharp right turns

My 1999 Boxster sounds like it's riding on it's right wheel rim when I turn hard right from a stop. It only happens from the parked position when I'm turning hard right to get out of a spot. At first I thought it was the undercarriage rubber lip coming into contact with the tyre but took them both off and still does it. Only does it when I turn sharp right. I know all you wise guys, don't turn right.....

Anyone have any ideas? I've checked the suspension but all sound. Might be the front end alignment??
