Main Beam Problem

Hello I have a problem with my 2000 986 when I put the main beams on the one side works fine however the other side only gets a little brighter I've tried changing the bulbs but it was no good, could this be an earth problem and if so where would it be located ?

Regular or Litronics?

Could be a failing ballast on the Litronics.

Would that apply to standard headlights ?
