Oil Separator Sensor

2001 S, 6sp w/69K in North Jersey (cool weather)

Check Engine light came on during the first drive after filling up. Diag codes lead to OIL SEPERATOR SENSOR. Reset it. Drove that tank of gas w no probs.
The light came on after filling up again.

Any words of wisdom on this?http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1359607584.jpg

The problem could be caused by several things. Given that your seeing rich and lean faults on both sides of the engine, my best guess is that your MAF (mass air flow) sensor is either dirty or failing. Inconsistent MAF signals could cause the fuel mixture to be too rich or too lean sometimes. Seach for how to clean the MAF, give it a try, clear the codes and see if they come back.
