GT3 engine in a boxster? Why don't we stick in the 747 engine and be done with it?

Maybe I missed it, but I wonder how much it cost, and how did it perform?
Side note: Sometimes a project like this soaks up manhours - if you multiply the TRUE hours times normal shop rates you get a scary figure. If the shop wants to make a name for itself, it will use spare hours to do the work, keeping part of the real cost off books. But they get it back in advertising if they get a magazine article or something out of it, and it brings in biz.

I just read the "Automobile" magazine comparison between the Cayman and a stock Carrera - I think a Cayman would do it for me.
