Yokohama AVS ES100 tire

Anyone used them? Looking for impressions of them. Im thru my factory Pirelli P-Zero Rosso's and I wasnt too impressed with them. Noisy, and so so handling. Ive still got them on the front, so Im looking for a rear tire only.

Any problem mixing these Yoko's with the Pirelli's up front?

I'm interested too if anyone has tried these on a Boxster. I have heard good things about them from other Porsche drivers who track the cars occassionally, but nothing from a Boxster driver specifically. If you have used them, please note what type car it was on -

I've used them & they,re pretty good. The wet/dry traction is very good. I will say that the rears tend to wear fast.

I have AVS Sports... lil more expensive but an EXCELLENT tire. Awesome grip in wet or dry and no road noise. Wear has been good but I've only put on about 4k miles.

BTW: Not for snow.

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.
