Talking 15w50 was $1.22 a quart at local Target this afternoon

I was at Target in Woodland Hills, CA this afternoon. Mobil 1 15w50 was $1.22 a quart. The only other kind they had was 5w30 at $5+ per quart. It looked like they are emptying out their automotive section in advance of the holidays. I only use 0w40 in my Boxster, but use 15w50 in my '88 Toyota pickup, so this was a huge savings (over the usual $4-5 per quart). Not much left on the shelf, and as always, YMMV
