Key cap replacement?

I just replaced the key caps for my '97 Boxster and now the keys won't start the car. They lock the doors, the glove compartment and they turn on the accessories but they won't turn the engine over. Any suggestions?

Think you have to get your dealer to program the key to the car, I believe it uses a radio frequency chip to disable the immobilser.

Andy is right.

Cost $50-100 depending on your dealer.

Thanks to both of you. It would have been nice for the dealer's parts dept. to tell me this when I ordered the caps from them.
