Aftermarket Sony CD player - Working on all 4!
 

My 2.5 Boxster has had an aftermarket Sony CD head unit , but only one speker on the dash appered to be working.
I removed the unit and to my surprise, it has the 4 factory speakers fitted! It was a hornets nest of wires and connectors back there so taking the air conditioning control panel out helped me get everything including the loose connector back in tidy.
I now have 4 working speakers - it does not sound to bad either!

Next plan is to custom build 2x mini subs on the floor behind the seats as the Head unit has a sub output and it would be a shame not to make use of it!

Three weeks in and lets just say I now know a lot more about boxsters, roof sync & pushrods, sound system fix, New AOS, Full service & de-snorkelled, loving the Boxster!
