Will 16" wheels fit over boxster S front brakes
 
Ive really been getting into autoXing recently.

I'd like to run a 16" wheel up front, so I'd like to know if they will clear 2000 boxster S front brake calipers and rotors.

Negative. You could trade out your "S" brakes for a set of base brakes and then it would work.

I don't know what offset you are looking at.
I had to add a 5mm spacer to clear the calipers with a 17" et55
