Sweet!! Looks like a bit of wet sanding in your future, but those will turn out great.
For the carpet, get the piece cold, then peel away. The piece will still have leftover bits. You've got to sand the plastic, and that will get most of it. For the carpet in the crevice, use a pair of small needle nose pliers or medical forceps to pluck out the bits.
The seats are imitation Recaros (check on Ebay)
