Electric Supercharger? on ebay

What is your opinion of this item on ebay?

The main issue that has kept me from trying it is,the blower is either on or off. If they ever could find a way to get the rotation to correspond with the drive by-wire system I could be tempted to try.

Did I make myself clear on how "I" would like it to work?

I hear the don't do anything, I remember one seller claiming its adds 10% hp...yeh right - lets see some dyno results to prove it

I'll also agree and say that it is just a bunch of BS... no one has ever seen dyno results that prove the hp gains that they are claiming...

Sounds fishy to me. I heard if you pack your tailpipe with Extra Crunchy peanut butter that you will gain 8% HP as well as have a nice tasty snack after a long road trip.

That "Blower" looks alot like an electic motor from a ceiling fan. Pushes about the same CFM also! Definitely snake oil and maybe a zepher also.
