Post 2003 boxster s rims and tires

I am selling a set of 2003 Porsche Boxster S rims and tires. This set is mounted and only has 25 miles on them. When I bought the car brand new in 2003, I upgraded the rims to a 18" Carrera rim and tire. This set is factory new and retails for over $2,500 from the dealer. The tires are 17" Bridgestone Potenzas front 205/50/17 and rear 255/40/17. These tires alone are over $850. You cannot beat this price for a new 17" tire and rim set from Porsche. I will part with the set for only $1,700. Mike(Massachusetts) 781-413-6613

Talking

Mike.

Suggest you post some pixs and measure the tread depth on the tires.

This will help you sell these.

Good luck!

I'm interested, but I'd need to see some pix and know which potenzas they are... there are three models of the potenzas, the first of which is a really bad tire and the others are quite good. All are $200+ per tire new from Tire Rack.

Do post some pics and include more info!

The one ending in 040. They came as factory rubber on 350Z's and Tire Rack's review area on this tire was just about the worst I'd ever seen. People said things like:

"It's the worst tire in the history of tire manufacturing"

"This tire sucks. I truly mean it's total crap!"

"I nearly lost my life one night while driving my 350Z home in the rain it was so bad in light rain"

I don't even think Tire Rack offers this particular tire any longer. But, the listing and reviews remain.
