I've used spacers before without incident. However, that sounds like a mess. It sounds like you need the proper wheels not try to make the wrong wheels fit the car.

I just put 23mm spacers from H&R on the rear; I would just try to exchange rather than piece it together.

I think any spacer is a bad idea and have always been surprised that Porsche uses them as much as they do. Nothing can beat a wheel that is offset correctly.
