Absolutely nothing....never put anything on that engine cover since i broke my two roof arms wedging something up there, nothing on seats, nothing anywhere except Sony bluetooth radio which they obv couldnt reach

Marine or auto upholstery places will do you fine. Unless you are one of these, you'll likely butcher it up and waste a lot of time. Sorry for your loss. Your insurance may cover vandalism.

Sounds about right. If your top is perfect then a window replacement is all you need. If not, you might consider a whole new top as it will be cheaper in the long run.

insurance should help pay for some of this, no?

Insurance is no good as I'm actually on a motor trade policy with my motorbike business so not worth going down ins route, will keep looking for somewhere cheap

I just had mine replaced. Bought the top on ebay ($450ish USD for upgraded glass top) and had it installed for $800 USD. Came out perfect and I didn't have to mess with a thing. I heard this is one of the most tedious jobs on the Box, added to the fact that if it's done poorly, everyone will see it.

I wanted it done right so I had a pro do it. Had it done in a couple hours.

If I ever walked out to my car and saw that, it might get ugly :troll:
The glass upgrade relieves a little bit of this fear for me and it looks and functions beautifully.

It is always better to let a pro tackle headaches then you are not out cash and have someone to blame or sue if all goes wrong :).
