00 with 44,000... This is nice to see, I can only hope mine can get 100k and still run like a champ.

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.

2000S just about to turn 40,000 (probably next week). 27,000 when I bought it in March 2004. Was a second car until just a couple of months ago when it became my daily driver.

Thumbs up Keeps on giving everyday

22,000 miles on my 2003S just went to Canada two weeks ago his 135 on the canadian side. Love the car. My son went with me he did 110. No problems only issue was putting new tires on the car.

Cool

Well as far as parts or changes there has been quite a few....

1)Charcoal Canister and Oil Separator at 55K

2)Serpentine Belt at 60k

3)New Canvas Top (due to cracked rear plastic) at 65K

4)M030 suspension from 2000 Boxster S (Springs, shocks and bars) at 70k

5)Hydraulic slaves (front and rear), Top overhaul (transmissions, cables, links, clips, and sliding guides) at 75k

6)Coolant Canister, Front Radiators and fans, AC Evaporator and Blower overhaul at 80k

7)Clutch & Flywheel at 85k

8)Rear longitudinal stabilizer bars, engine mount, water pump, O2 sensors, new coil packs, front and rear sway bar links and bushings at 90k

9)Brakes overhaul (x-drilles rotors, ss brake lines, EBC green stuff pads and ATE super blue fluid) at 97k

As far as regular maintenance goes, y'know the usual suspects; oil & filter every 6k miles, I do change spark plugs about every 3rd oil change, gas filter at about every 30k miles, I change all fluids every year (Brakes, Gear box, Power steering, etc.) always use top quality products; Original oil filter element, Platinum plugs, synthetic oil, etc...

Most importantly, listen to it every now and then.....drive around with the top up and the radio off, you will be amazed on the amount of information your car communicates....Oh yes, keep posted to this forum there is a lot of vital information being shared around here.
