Help, rim question

Does anyone know how big of a spacer I need to use for the turbo hollow twist 18x8 and 18x11 on my boxster. Thanks

Forget it.

11" rears won't fit. Period. End of discussion.

fitment

I'm making custom carbon fender flares so it will fit, just need to know how much spacer I need to clear the trailing arms.

Do you happen to know what the offsets are?

I think they are 63mm for the 11" rims but I might be mistaken. Assuming that is the case then you would need a 30mm spacer to clear the shock tower. This is based on my experience with a 10.5 x18 et40 rim that had about 1mm clearance from the rim to the shock tower tube without a spacer.

check the offset. its prolly in the high 50s or in the 60s. you need to add spacers to get it down to anywhere from 43mm to 47mm. i dont think any spacers bigger than 17mm should be put on. just my opinion.

Get ready for suspension stress (repairs $$$) or a lot of cash outlay to beef up the suspension if you do this. The stock suspension only tolerates a 5mm spacer without doing damage to the suspension and axles, according to Porsche.

Don't use a regular spacer, get a wheel adapter to space it out:

I've used adapters from them, the BEST, stongest and SAFEST. PLUS thier cheap. Everything machined in house, direct to your specs.

They will fit.
