How much does the stock ECU adapts to mods??
 
I am not sure about this.

Let's say I put in an intake, 2ndary bypass pipes and an underdrive pulley. Will the ECU after a while adapt to the new hardware?

You are most likely safe. If you want to know for sure, get an air:fuel ratio reading done. Most shops with a dyno can do this.

yes it will adapt but it will take approx 30-50 miles to "learn" and then maybe some - akin to disconnecting the battery. Though it should be minimal, be prepared for feeling some loss of power and/or stumbling during this time - it's normal.
