03-04 base Dual Exhaust Tip???

I want to replace my single exhaust tip for a dual exhaust tip on my 03 base.

I searched the forum for hours last night and I'm more confused then when I started. Most of the posts I read seemed to say that the 03-04 986 tips were interchangeable with the 987 tips. When I go onto parts web sites, they only list the tips I have liked as 05 and up 987 tips.

I know that my tip has a single bolt in the bottom center holding it on, it looks like the 987 tips clamp on. Will they still work on my 03 with the clamp?

Any advice or other duel tips to look at would be greatly appreciated.
