Door lock problem
 

As the title suggests I have a door lock problem.
Door was disassembled by body shop for refinishing. Now the door will lock with the key and the remote but will not unlock. Car is back at the body shop and they have checked all electrical connections, etc and now they are going to tow the car to the dealer in the morning.
The window drops a little bit like it should when the door handle is raised.
Questions:
Can the PST2 tell them anything about the door lock other than, yup, it's broken?
Is there anything to program?
