CEL codes PO447 & PO453

97 Boxster - Anyone have an idea of what to check for on these codes? I can't pass emissions test and am running out of time. So far it is not the gas cap.
I have seen some references on these codes saying the possibility of a bad Eval purge valve or vent valve. Does anyone know where these are?

The P0447 is for the EVAP shutoff valve. The task of the shutoff valve is to seal the purge air line to the EVAP canister during the fuel tank leak test.
