mikefocke Registered User Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Sanford NC Posts: 2,597	The alternative to replacing the canister cover is to install an adapter that allows a "normal" one-piece filter of the type used in most other cars. LNengineering sells one in a kit complete with your first filter. Makes subsequent filter changes easier and you buy filters at your local auto-parts store.
