Windows squeek when rolled up or down.

My 2003 Boxster, both windows squeek when rolled up or down. Can't tell if its the glass rubbing against the rubber or comming from mechanism inside the door. Anybody got a guess or had this problem?

Squeaky Window

Mine does this too. Before i had my windows tinted I didnt have the squeak but now I do. Its not every time, but it happens alot. Let me know if you have an answer as I would like to remedy this as well.
