Brake squeak

From time to time, one of my rear brakes does some squeeling when I first start to apply the brakes. Once there is real pressure on the pedal, it is quiet as the car stops. I also get little cheepy squeaks from the same brake when running at low speed (at least that's when I can hear it with the top down).

My rears are scheduled for a pad and rotor change. Parts already purchased. All stock Porsche parts (new and old). This car is not an S but the brakes have the anti-squeel parts (likey installed by the last owner). I don't plan on replacing those when I change the parts.

My question is really .... what is causing this squeel problem and how can I be sure I won't have it with the new pads?

Bob
