Battery Trouble
 

I replaced the battery on my '99 today and have created some sort of security lock down. Every time I have disconnected the battery I have been able to key in my radio code and all was well. This time the little red light on the lock (key icon) button on the dash is lit and the radio won't even turn on to prompt me for my code ... nor will my keyless entry clicker unlock the door or open the trunk. Any ideas!?
